“Chris has developed a structure of stability and in the last year I have streamlined the operational team’s procedures and processes, as part of a continual improvement plan to enable colleagues to be more forward thinking and for teams to progress together.”
Managing director at Metnor Construction, Chris Cant, said: “We continue to see strong levels of growth and my focus has always been to create the stability that will enable us to take advantage of the opportunities for us in the market.

Lee is an example of this and I am delighted he has accepted the position of operations director. It reflects his commitment and passion to the business. We have a growing team that is based on a healthy balance of new talent and experience.”
