Barratt Homes enlisted the help of local landscape gardener, Kevin Martin, to completely renovate the care home’s garden.
The work included the landscaping of the entire area, as well as renovation of the soft landscaping, including the lawn and plants, and repair work on the patio area.
Staff from Barratt Homes North East’s nearby Leven Woods development recently visited the care home to see the completed work.
Leven Woods is a new development that will be situated in the historic market town of Yarm. The development, which is located on Green Lane, will offer a range of two, three and four bedroom properties priced from £216,500, which can currently be reserved at Grey Towers Village on Dixons Bank, Nunthorpe.
