PSYCHE the Middlesbrough-based department and online designer clothing store, is kitting out Middlesbrough FC for the new Premier League season.
The store sent a team of people to measure the Boro footballers at the Rockcliffe Park training complex, for tailored suits by British designer, Paul Smith. They will be worn by the Premier League new boys on matchdays and at events where they are representing the football club.
Psyche is the official Middlesbrough FC club tailor, and as a Gold Partner, it collaborates with Middlesbrough to help give a positive image for the area. It has been supplying suits to the club since 2005.
Steve Cochrane, owner of Psyche, said: “As a Boro supporter I am pleased that this season, Psyche is supporting our local team, at the top level. Paul Smith suits are Premier League, and in keeping with Psyche, the club’s status is also growing nationally. They have made an excellent start to the season and we’ll be shouting the Boro on to consolidating their place in the football elite. The players will certainly look the part in their Paul Smith tailored suits.”
Middlesbrough FC’s Head of Partnerships Lee Fryett said: “We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Psyche into the Premier League. We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship and it’s important to us to work closely with businesses from Teesside. Psyche have always been a good supporter of the club and the service, delivery, and quality is always of a high standard.”
