Construction is now underway on a luxury apartment development in Alnwick Northumberland.
The Maltings will comprise 37 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and penthouses within a group of listed stone buildings on Dispensary Street.
Ascent Homes, part of Arch Northumberland, are the investors responsible for regenerating the key site within one of Northumberland’s most attractive market towns.
