It’s party time with packed programme at Ramside…

A NORTH East hotel is getting the summer off to a sizzling start with five party events this month.

Throughout June, Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa is turning up the heat with its weekend theme parties.

Kicking things off on Saturday 9 June is the first of two Dance Yourself Dizzy nights featuring the County Durham hotel’s resident disco, which will play classics from the 70s, 80s, 90s, noughties and now.

The second of these will be held on Saturday 30 June, with tickets for both priced at £13.95 per person.

On Saturday 16 June, Abba fans can relive the magic of the iconic Swedish band as Voulez 2 take to the stage.

The leading tribute act will be belting out Abba favourites like Waterloo, Dancing Queen, SOS and more, with tickets priced at £15.95 per person.

It’s all about the girls at Ladies Day on Sunday 24 June, with a daytime celebration kicking off at 12.30pm with reception drinks served by Butlers in the Buff.

Entertainment will continue throughout the afternoon with music from former X Factor favourite Marcus Collins, who finished runner-up in the ITV show in 2011 and three-piece band Jennison. Tickets cost £30.

And on Friday 29 June, it will celebration of all things 1980s in a Club Tropicana party night, featuring a host of hits from the decade that spawned the likes of Wham, Duran Duran and Madonna.

Fancy dress is encouraged although not essential and tickets are £18.95.

All party nights and Ladies Day will include a two-course buffet, and must be booked in advance.
