Advance Northumberland, the development arm of Northumberland County Council, is significantly expanding its workforce as part of its growth strategy, creating new career opportunities for people across the County.
From site managers and property maintenance to commercial surveying and ecology, there are twelve roles now open spanning multiple parts of the business, including its housing development arm, Ascent Homes, and its wider asset and maintenance operations.
The roles are part of Advance Northumberland’s continued investment in quality homes, sustainable placemaking, and the maintenance of assets across the County.
