The target of maintaining their 87% success rate was also achieved in many top industries like construction, engineering, health and social, FM and the third sector.

Plans for 2018

Following a positive and profitable 2017, 2018 is expected to be another successful year. Executive Compass has business plans for expansion with projects they intend to work on. Another management consultant has been added to the team to help launch new services in 2018. This Newcastle-based business is really going places as they expand and grow, so much so that they are moving into larger offices in January.
