Celebrate Holi Festival with vibrant Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin & Rampur Select Indian Single Malt Whisky

Holi Festival (9-10 March 2020) is considered to be one of the most revered and celebrated Indian festivals and is widely celebrated across the country. Traditions include covering streets, parks, buildings and friends and family with coloured powders to celebrate the arrival of spring on the last full-moon day of March. Jaisalmer Peppertini

50ml Jaisalmer Gin

20ml Pink Peppercorn Syrup

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

40ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

Pour Jaisalmer Gin, Peppercorn Syrup, fresh lemon juice and pink grapefruit juice into a shaker.
Shake and double strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass. 

(To make peppercorn syrup: add crushed pink peppercorns to a simple Monin sugar syrup to infuse.) 

Jaisalmer Golden Fort

50ml Jaisalmer Gin

15ml Lime Juice

10ml Cinnamon Syrup

50ml Cloudy Apple Juice

Sliced Green Apple

Nutmeg (optional)

Ice

Pour Jaisalmer Gin over cubed ice.
Add fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup and cloudy apple juice.
Garnish with an apple fan of 3 slices and add grated nutmeg on top (optional).

Rampur Select Single Malt Whisky 

 

Rampur Distillery is India’s largest and oldest distillery dating back to 1943, in the foothills of the Himalayas. This super premium malt whisky is distilled in traditional copper pot stills, matured at the distillery and then non chill-filtered and bottled at 43%. Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky is smooth, with a mellow taste with a long-lasting finish. It is distinctively malty, with creamy vanilla taste with hints of apricot, apple and sweet and wine-like finish
