A NEW North East social media agency believes its one-stop-shop approach will help their clients reach and engage with new customers through dynamic digital content.
Durham-based Epic Social has set up as an innovative social media advertising agency, offering companies a fully managed service across social media platforms.
The company – which was launched with a £100,000 investment by three of its directors – has already grown to a team of nine experienced staff and believe their USP is the ability to create bespoke and highly creative content.
Directors Aidan Sunter and Perry Ataliotis, who both have a number of property and telecoms businesses, decided to launch Epic Social after being dissatisfied with some of their experiences with other social media agencies.
“I realised that if we could bring the very best people together, and put quality content at the core of our operation, we would be able to offer a premium service with measurable added value,” he said.
“We’ve already had talks with a number of potential big clients who are enthusiastic about changing the way they market their products and services.”
Managing Director Ben Maughan said the company approach was very different to other agencies.
“We’ve found there are many organisations who want to advertise on social media but struggle to capitalise on this due to their lack of knowledge within the sector and a shortage of internal resource and time,” he said
“Experts in our team are able to target very specific demographics to ensure the content connects with those most likely to be engaged by it. We then analyse the data in order to make campaigns agile and responsive.”
One of the first clients to come on board is Chester-le-Street property company, BeeMyHome and managing director, Victoria Valentine praised Epic Social for “raising our profile within the digital arena.”
“They’ve worked with us to develop an innovative new marketing strategy for the business. More importantly they understand that we work in a very competitive market so it’s imperative to get the right messages across at the right time,” she said.
“We’re very pleased with the results we’ve seen so far.”
