This year Harvey, a large Easter bunny character, will open the Linskill Easter Fair for a fun-filled day for families. This free entry event will take place on Saturday 20th April from 11am to 3pm at the Linskill Centre in North Shields.

The Easter Egg Hunt will feature a trail of clues and riddles for the children to solve and win an Easter Egg. Linskill’s soft play and bouncy castle (suitable for under 5s) will be open along with the opportunity for the children to decorate eggs at the craft tables, with a prize for the best effort on the day. Café 32 will be open offering a kid’s menu, specials and range of Easter treats

Fingers crossed for good weather and the appearance of the ever popular Blackberry Donkeys so children can see these delightful animals up close and learn all about them.  Trevelyan Hall will host an array of stalls to peruse at your leisure including crafts, gifts and a chocolate tombola stall.

On stage there will be performances from local groups and to add a magical element to the proceedings Mr Merlin will take to stage at 1pm and entertain the children and adults with a free magic show.

Sponsored by local estate agent Richardsons, the Linskill Easter Fair will be open from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 20th April with free entry (please note additional charges will apply to some activities). Keep informed of activities and timings by visiting www.linskill.org.
