Love Drinks Announces Next Love Well Activity

Clapham-based import, distribution and marketing company Love Drinks is continuing its fight for health and wellness in the hospitality industry with the announcement of its next free MiBODY fitness session for people working in the fast-paced industry.

With the long, late and unsocial hours that come with tending bars, waiting on tables or working in kitchens putting huge pressure on the physical and mental health of staff, Love Drinks’ pioneering Love Well initiative is aiming to build a happier, healthier and more sustainable hospitality industry.

As part of the Love Well initiative, Love Drinks is running a host of complimentary health, fitness and wellness sessions for hospitality staff throughout the year.

The next MiBODY session takes place at the Windmill pub on Clapham Common on the 22nd May from 12.45pm – 2.00pm. Hospitality staff can sign up for a free place by getting in contact with their local Love Drinks representative.

Kirsty Loveday, Founder and CEO of Love Drinks, said:

“People are what make a hospitality business so looking after the physical and mental well-being of your team, is not just the right thing to do but it makes great business sense. For a company, a happy and healthy workforce means increased productivity, a more engaged and motivated team, better recruitment and retention prospects plus less mistakes. For the staff members, it can mean increased performance, better quality of life, stability, personal growth and development plus happiness. These sessions are a great opportunity for hospitality managers and staff to find out more and make some positive differences to their mental and physical well-being.”
