North East chartered surveyor and estate agent Bradley Hall is supporting the next generation of property experts as two placement students join the team.
The appointment of real estate students Libby Naylor and Ben Taylor comes at a time of success for the business, which this year launched financial arm BH Financial Services, expanded its team and added its fifth operation in Morpeth.
Neil Hart, managing director at Bradley Hall said: “The new appointments are set to further strengthen our already well established team.
“We fully support new talent in the property industry, providing an educational and supportive environment for placement students to learn the skills they need to hit the ground running when they graduate.
“We have often found permanent employees through placements, so we always look at it as valuable investment of our time and training resources.”
Libby Naylor, 19 from Carlisle, is a real estate student at Northumbria University and is based within Bradley Hall’s Grey Street operation, which mainly handles commercial property matters.
Ben, 20 from North Shields, who is currently studying a BA Honours Degree in real estate at Nottingham Trent University, said: “The placement year benefits us because we can learn about the property market in a real working environment with successful professionals with experience in the industry.
“I look forward to building my practical knowledge whilst working at such reputable property agents and chartered surveyors.”
Bradley Hall currently employs around 35 staff at operations in its main commercial base on Grey Street in Newcastle city centre, and residential offices in Gosforth, Durham, Alnwick and Morpeth.
