Over 4,000 people living across North Tyneside were invited to take part in the council’s annual Residents’ Survey in September – and they now have just three weeks to complete and return their questionnaire.

The survey provides an opportunity for the public to evaluate services provided by the local authority and suggest improvements for the local area.

North Tyneside Elected Mayor, Norma Redfearn said: “I have always prided myself on being a listening mayor and I value all the feedback I receive from the public. I would urge those who have been sent the questionnaire to fill it in and make sure they have their say.”

Households selected to take part in the survey were chosen at random and all feedback remains anonymous and confidential.

Completed questionnaires must be returned by November 16 in the pre-paid envelope provided.

The survey is being managed on behalf of the council by independent research company Ipsos Mori.

All residents, including those who didn’t receive a questionnaire, can contact the Elected Mayor by emailing Norma.Redfearn@northtyneside.gov.uk or calling (0191) 643 5314.
