A leading North East property firm has expanded its Morpeth team following further demand across Northumberland.
Chartered surveyors and estate agents Bradley Hall appointed two new team members to support the growth of the firm’s specialist new homes team and residential operations.
Josie Streets MRICS, senior residential surveyor, and property executive Laura Shepherd join the company’s Morpeth office which recently relocated to larger premises to accommodate its growing team.
Bradley Hall managing director Neil Hart said; “Our presence and work in Morpeth and wider Northumberland is going from strength to strength and we have chosen two fantastic team members to support this continuous growth.
“Josie will become a key member of our specialist new homes and development team. Our residential team has already had great success in this sector with our current new homes instruction book totaling 480 properties, with more in the pipeline. As this department has grown substantially we require a dedicated team with the key responsibility of handling tasks within this remit.”
Following the completion of a BSc Honours degree in Estate Management and later qualifying as a chartered surveyor, Josie joins the company with substantial experience gained at a national firm of surveyors. Josie will be working with the team to provide a specialist new homes sales service and extensive development advice.
Josie, 26, said: “The new build sector is constantly expanding and changing the landscape of the property industry, which is why it is so important to have an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry to provide clients with the best advice and service possible.

Graduate, Laura, joins Bradley Hall following a role at national housebuilder Bellway Homes. She said: “I have always had an interest in all aspects of property, so I am excited to be continuing my career in the industry with such an experienced firm.
