LEADING dental practice, Queensway Dental is celebrating having successfully retained its Investors in People (IIP) Gold standard, affirming the clinic as being the first in the north east to achieve the highest level accreditation for people management.
The clinic, which employs over 100 staff across its sites in Billingham, Darlington and its recently opened Jesmond practice, joins the top seven per cent of accredited organisations across the UK who believe how important it is to realise the potential of its teams.
Queensway Dental, composed of Queensway Orthodontist, Skin Clinic and Dental Laboratory, was first awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Gold standard in 2014, after being recognised for its commitment to the development and support of its employees and has continued to successfully maintain and improve its approach to people management.
