Among them at the Lamb Lane home was the Ingleby Fire Brigade, as well as family and friends of residents.
The funds were raised through a raffle with prizes including a family swim pass at Splash Stockton, a food hamper from Alpine Foods, family meal vouchers from Myton Farm and Anson Farm pubs, Middlesbrough FC stadium tour for two, a Hollywood Bowl family pass, two cinema tickets for The Arc, and a cut and blow dry from the home’s hairdresser.
Carol Singleton, home manager at Ingleby Care Home, said: “I’d like to thank everyone who attended our Summer Fair.
“I’d also like to say a special thanks to the local businesses who supported our raffle by donating prizes. The funds raised will go towards a sensory garden for our residents as well as day trips.”
