A LEADING North East spa is offering members the chance to give their friends a helping hand on the road to fitness with a special deal.
The Spa at Ramside is giving new and existing joint members the opportunity to add a third person to their membership at a reduced rate.

“We have been offering this to anyone who signs up for joint membership for some time now, because we realise that everyone’s circumstances are very different,” said spa director Joanne Green.
“Joint membership is always a good deal because it gives people the chance to save up to £40 each month, so it often makes sense for two friends to join together to get a saving.
“However, we realise that not everyone’s groups of friends come in round numbers so decided to create this offer to help cater to everyone’s needs. A lot of people like to come to the gym or spa with friends, and this offer means no-one needs to be left out.”
Spa membership includes unlimited use of the spa and gym facilities, admission to more than 40 exercise classes, bi-annual drinks receptions, regular offers and challenges, social events and discounts at the hotel’s restaurants and bars, golf shop and salon.
It also includes the opportunity to use the spa’s new Speedflex system, a high-intensity training facility which is available to all members once they have undergone a short induction session.
