National multidisciplinary development consultancy Pegasus Group is continuing its expansion with the opening of a new regional office in Newcastle.
Based at The Corner, Mosley Street, it is the group’s 13th UK office and reflects an ambitious period of growth and expansion for Pegasus Group, particularly in the north of the country. The office is a recently refurbished Grade II Listed Building right in the heart of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The new office will be headed up by Senior Planning Director Sandra Manson who has extensive experience in various planning fields including residential, commercial, sport, recreation and leisure. Sandra’s past work includes the promotion of schemes through the development plan process as well as through planning applications in the shorter term.
Sandra is joined by Associate Planner, Chris Martin who is experienced in a wide breadth of planning sectors with specialisms in residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, with further staff joining the Newcastle team over the autumn.
