Better Launch Dedicated Digital Marketing Department

Better Digital Marketing - 0716Teesside based brand agency, Better, have launched a dedicated digital marketing department to support the growing requirement from new and existing clients.

As an established brand communication agency Better already deliver a range of digital marketing services for clients, including social media management and inbound marketing support, but have identified the time is right to invest in further growing it’s team and strengthening their existing digital marketing capability.

Digital marketing is becoming an increasingly powerful and impactful brand communication tool for clients. From SEO to CRO, and social to inbound, companies have more opportunities than ever to attract new prospects and keep customers’ closer.

The agency’s investment in the new department sees the appointment this month of Shaun Hogg as Head of Digital Marketing. Shaun joined the agency in March, after running his own successful digital marketing business, and has been working with the management team to plan the launch of the dedicated division. With his wealth of digital experience, and track record of delivering digital marketing campaigns, Shaun will lead the department working closely with clients to develop and implement business growth strategies to deliver a high return on investment for our clients.

Shaun joins Better’s existing Digital Marketing Executive, Sian Arthur, to increase the range of digital marketing support that the agency is already providing to their growing number of regional clients such as NECS, Endeavour Partnership, GrowthFunders, Maxwell Stephens, and Harlands Accountants.

Sian has been working in the marketing and digital media world for five years and has recently passed Squared Online, an intensive digital marketing leadership course, developed with Google. Better supported her through the course in order to gain an industry accredited qualification and provide the opportunity to not only fine-tune her skills, but also learn and apply new digital marketing thinking to enhance her current role within the new department.

Better’s investment and growth plans for the department don’t stop there. Plans are already underway to increase the headcount further, adding new members to the department, including launching our new Digital Marketing Internship programme to attract, retain and develop the talented digital minds that are graduating from our regional universities.

As part of the revamped offering, Better will not only be increasing their existing expertise within inbound marketing platforms such as HubSpot and InfusionSoft, the agency will also be forming new partnerships with a number of innovative digital marketing platform providers in order to offer the right mix of tools to support clients’ growth and deliver maximum impact for their marketing investment.
