A whole week dedicated to chocolate? Yes please! From Monday 9th to Sunday 15th October, The Botanist in Newcastle will be serving a decadent cocktail to celebrate Chocolate Week.
Chocolate devotees will love the Chocolate Dust Dash Cocktail, created using Elizabeth Shaw chocolate, and priced at £6.50.
True chocoholics can pair the limited edition chocolate cocktail with one of The Botanist’s chocolate desserts, which include Warm Chocolate Fudge Cake served with vanilla ice cream, White Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mousse topped with a chocolate and ginger crumb, and Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough served with vanilla ice cream.
The Botanist’s Chocolate Dust Dash Cocktail ingredients and method:
- Chocolate Dust
- 50ml Whipping Crème
- 15ml Vanilla Gomme
- 15ml Baileys
- 30ml Crème de Cacao
- Garnish:
- Mint Sprig
- Elizabeth Shaw Cappuccino Flutes: Chocolate producers since 1881, Elizabeth Shaw Cappuccino flutes are the perfect garnish. Each flute is filled with the tasty cappuccino flavor with a smooth chocolate baton.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake, strain and serve in a martini glass.
