Attendees of a forthcoming free workshop will be given advice on how to professionalise their letter writing when applying for jobs.
The session, organised by County Durham Housing Group, will be held on Tuesday, 29 March between 10am and 12.30pm at Bowburn Community Centre in Durham.
Claire Maddison, Employment and Skills Officer at County Durham Housing Group, said: “People can miss out on job opportunities because they are unsure how to write formal letters when applying for roles.
“This informal workshop will help to provide attendees with the confidence and skills to write in a professional way when job-hunting.
“Anyone wanting further information, or to book their free place, should call us on 0191 349 7657 or emailemployability@cdhg.co.uk”
