The ‘Halloween Spooktacular’ is supporting Teesside charity Zoe’s Place and the Muir Maxwell Trust, an epilepsy charity to help families affected by the condition.
The special event will include a themed three-course menu, specially-created cocktails and spooky surprises throughout the evening.
Head chef, Jason Moore, has put together a special menu which includes his popular ham hock terrine with pea gel and pumpkin tortellini, Crackers, roast breast of chicken with pan-fried gnocchi, chorizo and goats cheese bon-bon and one of Jason’s best-loved desserts, ‘Taste of Apple’ which features mini apple crumble, toffee apple macaroon, cinder toffee ice cream, a mini toffee apple and popping candy.
Guests are invited to wear fancy dress for the ball with prizes for the best and worst dressed. And well-known local band, the Beer Pigs, will perform a live set along with a DJ.
Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice provides respite and palliative care for babies and children who have life limiting and life shortening conditions. Elaine Dunning, corporate fundraiser for Zoe’s Place, said: “We are delighted to be working with Gisborough Hall on the Halloween Ball. All of the funds we receive will go directly to providing the care for our special children. We really hope people put on their spooky fancy dress for a fun fundraising night.”
Laura MacTaggart, Gisborough Hall’s business development manager, said: “The Halloween event is a great chance to raise much-needed funds for two fantastic charities. The team at Gisborough is really pleased to be able to organise the event and we’re looking forward to a fun- but important- night.”
The event costs £39.50 per person and includes reception drinks, a three-course meal and entertainment.
