A special event to focus on inclusive sport takes place in Northallerton next week.
But the activities on offer at the ‘Hambleton Ability Day’ are open to everyone, regardless of ability.
The district council event will see taster sessions in boccia, football, new age kurling, swimming, dance and new for this time – rebound therapy (trampolining).
The day takes place at Hambleton Leisure Centre on Thursday 27 October from 10am to 2pm and costs £10 per person (parents, guardians and carers attend for free).
