A special event to focus on inclusive sport takes place in Northallerton later this month.
Participants can have a go at boccia, new age kurling and dance.
Organised by the district council the event is open to everyone, regardless of age or ability.
“Those taking part in previous ‘Ability Days’ have said how much they have enjoyed the activities and the opportunity to try something new,” said Joe McKechnie, Inclusive Sports Officer.
“We always make sure everyone is fully included and having fun.”
‘Hambleton Ability Day’ day takes place at Hambleton Leisure Centre on Friday 27 October from 10am to 1pm and costs £10 per person (parents, guardians and carers attend for free).
