North East Connected

Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

209A small parish near Stokesley wants to be better prepared so they can decide for themselves what housing or social amenities they need in their neighbourhood.

The parish of Rudby which includes the parishes of Hutton Rudby, Middleton and Skutterselfe has started preparing a Neighbourhood Plan – the plan has the power to allocate sites for future housing development in the area including the location, design, mix of property types and the preferred tenure of ownership and is the tool for communicating the wishes of the local community.

The first stage in the process for preparing the Plan is the designation of the Neighbourhood Plan Area.

Hambleton District Council has received an application for the designation of the Hutton Rudby, Rudby, Middleton and Skutterskelfe Neighbourhood and copies of the application form and the map of the proposed Neighbourhood Plan Area can be seen at Rudbyneighbourhoodplan

Views are now wanted on the proposed Neighbourhood Plan Area and must be submitted in writing to: Planning Policy, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre Stone Cross, Northallerton, DL6 2 UU or email planningpolicy@hambleton.gov.uk

All representations must be received by Friday 5 August 2016.
