Developers have been given a first chance to see a prime development site in Darlington.
Situated opposite the new Feethams Leisure Complex and next to the Feethams Multi Storey Car Park the 0.4 HA ( 1 acre) site is ripe for development. Potential developments could include a range of office, leisure and retail uses to complement the town centre and existing developments in Feethams.
Developers were also given a presentation on the wide range of other exciting development opportunities across the Borough.
Councillor Chris McEwan, Darlington Borough Council’s Cabinet Member for Economy and Regeneration said: “The plot of land on Feethams offers a great opportunity for a developer, opposite the soon to open Feethams Leisure development and the recently opened multi storey car park. We are keen to capture further private sector investment in the town, and to show off the many opportunities available.”
