A LEADING AV company has launched a sister organisation to offer a range of creative solutions for conference and events organisers during the current COVID-19 crisis.
North East Big Purple Productions works across the UK, producing events and creating a range of innovative solutions for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) industry.
With lockdown meaning all face-to-face events have been cancelled, the company has created Big Purple Capture, which is now offering a range of services allowing meetings and conferences to take place – using the most up-to-date technology.
“The spread of COVID-19 has caused huge problems for event organisers,” said Sam Gordon, director at both companies.
“Which is why we decided to use our expertise to come up with a range of solutions so that events don’t need to be postponed or cancelled – they can be done virtually.”
The new company is offering video production, event filming and live streaming so that delegates need not miss out on special events or meetings.
“We can offer event broadcasting with remote presenters, live and pre-record video and video on demand,” said Sam.
“If anyone is planning an event, a conference or an award show we can transform this into a virtual event to remember.”
Other services available include green screens and remote presenters to pre-recorded videos and live Q&A sessions.
“In addition to presentation content we can help to create bespoke live feeds to stream your event to laptops and smart devices, ensuring that private events can only be accessed by authorised viewers,” said Sam.
