A NORTH EAST award winning hotel and spa is set to give a teacher and a companion an extra special treat – out of school hours.
Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa recently hit the headlines when it came to light that a head teacher had been spending time at the spa when she should have been at work.
And now recognising the fact that the spa’s state-of-the-art facilities are perhaps too hard to resist, Ramside has come up with an idea for anyone thinking of succumbing to temptation.
The spa is now offering one of its much loved Twilight packages – which take place AFTER school – for two to a worthy teacher, who can either be nominated by someone else or wants to nominate themselves.
Starting from 5.30pm, the winners will be able to use the spa facilities, enjoy a 55 minute massage or facial and also enjoy a two course dinner in the celebrated Fusion Asian restaurant.
Fay Pratt, spa director, is looking forward to picking a winner.
“We know how hard teachers work and that a treat at a spa would be much appreciated,” she said.
“And we don’t want anyone to get into trouble and visit during working hours, so we thought giving the winner our twilight package would be a great way for them to enjoy what Ramside Spa has to offer – without any worries.”
Anyone who wants to nominate a teacher – or put themselves forward – should email enquiries@ramsidespa.co.uk and put teacher in the subject line, with a brief explanation as to why they’d like to visit.
The closing date for entries is midnight on 2 February.
