Three of Rockliffe Hall’s chefs recently took part in a pop-up dining event in London, as part of food critic and TV presenter, William Sitwell’s, renowned Supper Clubs.

William’s events are generally used to showcase celebrated chefs and up and coming talent, who are based in the capital, but he recently invited Aaron Craig (Brasserie Executive Chef), Richard Allen (Orangery Executive Chef) and Chris Hughes (Brasserie Sous Chef) to cook at one.

Last week, the chefs opened a pop-up kitchen at OKA’s flagship Chelsea store, an interiors and design company, to cook a specially created dinner for VIP guests, journalists and bloggers, including Great British Bake Off star, Manon Lagreve.

Aaron Craig said: “It’s very unusual for William to invite chefs from outside London to cook at his events so this was an honour. It was a brilliant, very enjoyable experience and has inspired us to look into holding similar events in our region, so watch this space!”
