A special event to focus on inclusive sport takes place in Northallerton next week.
The Hambleton District Council run event is open to everyone, regardless of age, ability or experience.
Participants can take part in a range of taster sessions including Boccia, football, New Age Kurling, dodgeball and, back by popular demand dance.
“Those taking part in previous ‘Ability Days’ have said how much they have enjoyed the activities and the opportunity to try something new,” said Joe McKechnie, Inclusive Sports Officer at Hambleton District Council.
“We always make sure everyone is fully included and having fun.”
The day takes place at Hambleton Leisure Centre on Thursday 23 February from 10am to 1.30pm and costs £10 per person (parents, guardians and carers attend for free).
