In the run up to Halloween, PR guru Dean ‘Midas’ Maynard is raising funds for The Sophie Lancaster Foundation, by visiting as many haunted North East venues as he can…and it all starts in just 7 weeks onOctober 1st.Dean, alongside Julie Meighan, Jemma Towland & Charlie Peacock & some celebrity special guests are staying in as many haunted venues as they can before Halloween.
Dean said “We want to raise as much money as possible, for this very worthy cause, so if you can afford it, please help us and donate”

On 11th August 2007, Sophie Lancaster and her boyfriend were kicked, stamped on and left unconscious, for nothing more than looking different. Sophie later died from her injuries. Sophie was just 20 years old.
