PEUGEOT has served up the keys to a pair of 3008 SUVs to Jamie and Judy Murray as the famous tennis family begin the Wimbledon tournament.
British tennis star Jamie is looking to win another Centre Court title having claimed the Mixed Doubles title in 2007 and 2017, while mum Judy will be in the stands cheering him on.
The award-winning 3008 SUV showcases the latest technology with the state of the art PEUGEOT i-Cockpit®, offering a more intuitive and engaging driving experience with a compact multi-function steering wheel, 12.3” head-up digital instrument display and 8.0” capacitive touchscreen with Mirror Screen® functionality, comprising: Android Auto, Apple CarPlay™ and Mirror Link®.
In addition, the PEUGEOT 3008 SUV has a five star NCAP safety rating and offers a host of safety features as standard on all trim levels, including: AEBS – Automatic Emergency Braking System, CDS – Dynamic Stability Control and ASR – Electronic Anti-Skid System and a Driver Attention Alert System.
PEUGEOT has sponsored Jamie since 2015 and will continue to support the champion Doubles player in his competition efforts all over the world until 2020.
Jamie has been involved in a number of PEUGEOT initiatives such as handing over the keys to a fleet of PEUGEOT 208 hatchbacks to the Lawn Tennis Association and PEUGEOT’s Rising Stars programme, which supports talented young athletes as well as coaching Anton Du Beke and Helen Skelton to compete in the PEUGEOT Tennis Challenge, a doubles tournament to be held at the Albert Hall in December.
