We’re award-winning fitness bloggers Veggie Runners and this weekend we’ll be leading a fun, family-friendly, all-abilities Art Run from MIMA in Middlesbrough.
The 2-mile fun run on Saturday 24th October will include all manner of arty activities, including a silent-disco by the Bottle of Notes, circuit training round the clock tower at Terminos and paint-bombing fun on the Transporter Bridge.

Our Art Runs are carefully crafted madness, with neon maracas, light, colour, paper boiler suits and any other kind of craziness we can throw in. Art Runs get fantastic feedback and our runners – most recently 150 of them covered in glowsticks blowing neon whistles on Light Night Leeds – always come back for more.
This is the first time we’ve led an Art Run on our home turf in Teesside and we’re planning to make it our most fun event yet. Please help us spread the word and join us in putting Teesside on the active art map!
