MAJOR OFFICE LETTING AT WYNYARD BUSINESS PARK

Wynyard Business Park has secured a major office letting to an un-named public sector organisation. 

Acting on behalf of Northumberland Estates, letting agents Knight Frank and Dodds Brown let Unit 7, Wynyard Business Village, Stockton-on-Tees, TS22 5TB, a 5,100 sq ft high specification, grade A office suite on a new five year lease.

The deal comes hard on the heels of Everflow, the UK’s fastest growing water supplier, doubling its office space at the business park.

Widely regarded as one of the most prestigious office developments in the Tees Valley, Wynyard Business Park is located close to the junction of the A19 with the A689, just north of Billingham, and is a hub for professional and engineering services companies.  It offers high specification, grade A, office buildings and suites ranging in size from 1,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, with smaller office suites available in Wynyard Park’s Business Centre, as well as development plots.
