Miller Homes has once again been recognised by its buyers for providing exceptional levels of customer satisfaction after retaining five stars in the Home Builders Federation National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
This is the eighth time in nine years that the leading homebuilder has achieved 5 stars in the independent survey, which was launched over 15 years ago to provide a guide for homebuyers in making purchasing decisions and to encourage outstanding levels of service within the industry.
Patrick Arkle, Regional Managing Director of Miller Homes in the North East, said: “We are committed to providing a high level of customer service and take tremendous pride in delivering the best possible experience for our home buyers.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our team for their continued dedication to providing exceptional customer care, with their hard work recognised once again with a five star rating in the HBF’s customer satisfaction survey.”
Only homebuilders scoring over 90% can achieve a 5 star rating. This year, Miller Homes achieved 93% in the survey.
HBF’s executive chairman Stewart Baseley said: “This year’s results show the industry has continued to deliver even higher levels of customer service.
“Consistently delivering new homes, probably the biggest and most emotional investment any individual will make, in a way that satisfies their customers is a huge challenge for a business.
“Achieving a 5 star rating, meaning that more than 9 out of 10 customers are happy with the service provided, is a significant achievement that deserves to be recognised.”
Miller Homes has developments across the North East, including Stephenson Meadows in Callerton, Westburn Village in Hebburn and Lambton Park in County Durham.
