Gosforth travel management company secures new quality accreditation

Travel Bureau, an independent travel management company based on Gosforth High Street, is celebrating achieving recognition of its industry-leading quality.

The business has successfully attained an ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, which is the latest version of the ISO 9001, an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems.

Travel Bureau, which offers independent travel advice to both consumers and organisations, has secured the accreditation for its provision of a complete corporate travel management service.

To achieve this, Travel Bureau’s policies and procedures were verified by an independent third party, quality assurance and risk management company, DNV GL. As part of the audit, the business and its employees were required to demonstrate their commitment to continual improvements and sustainable business performance.
